HF Global was built around a specific market: the software, automation and robotics companies redefining how the world moves, stores and orchestrates goods. That focus shapes everything - who we hire, who we represent, and what we know.

We're deliberately small. Every search is run by a director and supported by a tight team. We don't take work outside our specialism, and we don't accept briefs we don't believe we can deliver against.

Our clients are CEOs, CROs, VPs of Sales, VPs of People and Talent leaders inside scaling vendors, PE/VC-backed portfolios and established platforms. Our hires range from senior individual contributors through to C-suite and founding leadership.

Retained, not contingent

We only work on a retained, exclusive basis. It's the only structure that justifies the depth of mapping and outreach senior, passive markets demand - and the only way to align incentives between us and the client.

Director-led, end to end

The director who scopes the search runs the search. They write the long-list, make the outreach calls, sit on candidate debriefs and manage the offer. No hand-offs to junior researchers after the kick-off.

Specialist market focus

Supply chain technology is a small world. We've spent years building relationships in WMS, TMS, freight tech, automation and robotics - and we don't dilute that focus by chasing work outside it.

Commercial advisory, not just sourcing

You get a real view of the market: comp benchmarks, who is hiring, who is leaving, how peers are organising. A search is the deliverable, but the conversation is broader.

Where we operate

North America and EMEA - directly.

We deliver searches in both regions out of a single, integrated team. That matters in supply chain technology: most vendors have customers and engineering centres in the US, EMEA headquarters, and a smaller commercial footprint in the other region. The talent flows across both.

A director will own the search wherever the role sits, with delivery support coordinated across time zones. Same accountability, same data, same standard.
